The Launch of the Orchid Alliance

蘭花生技及文創產學聯盟（簡稱蘭盟）是國立成功大學蘭花研究發展中心（簡稱成大蘭花研發中心）主任陳虹樺教授執行國科會計畫於2012年2月所成立的組織。蘭盟持有蘭花生技之關鍵技術服務平台，包括品種特性分析與鑑定平台、企業化栽培管理平台、蘭花原料及蘭花產品認證平台，可提供蘭花業者（一級產業）與蘭花生技業者（二級產業）所需的相關知識及專業技術。透過蘭盟之文創整合推廣平台重塑蘭花之意向，以創新思維表現蘭花之價值，將蘭花由一級與二級產業邁向蘭花文創產業（三級產業），創造更高附加價值。進一步，2018年2月結合成大企管系方世杰教授的企業管理營銷輔導平台，串連一、二、三級產業而建構分享的平台，以利整合跨界資源、共享彼此的知識與經驗、協助各級業者的發展與台灣蘭花產業的升級。

NCKU Orchid Research & Development Center has been the push and pull of the Orchid Alliance. Though combining the efforts of industries, government, academic and research institutes, interdisciplinary resources and interaction can be integrated among members. An expanding and ever-strengthening orchid alliance leads the orchid industry in Taiwan into a new century and a new world. Therefore, we believe:

  • Joining the orchid alliance, you can be seen and you are needed;
  • Attending the orchid alliance, you are market all sorts of orchid products, creating values by integrating resources.
  • Becoming a part of the orchid Alliance, you can get closer and see clearer the results of values jointly created.

Promoting orchid industries of all levels (orchid industry, biotech industry, culturally innovative industry). Boosting the upgradation and development of the industries and providing an interdisciplinary opportunity to connect with the world.

Vision of the Orchid Alliance

To become the most advanced and the biggest service organization of scientific research for global orchid industry, making members of the alliance the major suppliers of all orchid products.

Short-term Goals of the Orchid Alliance

  • Expand the scale of the alliance, prompting the interaction and resource accentuation among the members.
  • Setting up an online platform for the orchid industry, linking and intertwine resources and provide alliance members with counseling and service regarding the technology service and corporate management they need.
  • Enhancing the total economic and social value of the orchid industry, building closers links among industries, governments, academic and research institutes to construct the “Orchid Quality-Certifying Co-Creation Platform” which include:
    ◎Platform for Species Features Analysis and Identification
    ◎Platform for Corporatizing the Cultivation Management
    ◎Platform for Orchid Ingredients and Products Certification
    ◎Platform for Integrated Orchid Cultural Innovation
    ◎Platform for Corporate Operational and Marketing Counseling
  • Promoting further alliance within the industry and with other industries and expanding the innovations and applications of orchid products of all levels. Making orchids part of people’s life.
